This is a plain-language operational notice, not a legal-compliance certification. The business should obtain an appropriate legal review.
Information you choose to share
The enquiry form collects your name, phone/WhatsApp number, selected business/service and enquiry context. Do not enter passwords, OTPs, financial account details or sensitive farm/customer records in this public form. Your IP address and browser user-agent are also recorded with the enquiry for handling and abuse prevention.
If you provide them, your district/area and preferred contact language are included with your enquiry so we can understand your request.
How enquiries are handled
We use enquiry details to respond and discuss the requested service. The form sends the details to AquaGrow’s API and then opens WhatsApp so you can choose whether to send a message. We do not send that WhatsApp message automatically.
What stays on your device
The site remembers your language preference in browser storage. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not sent to our server. Downloaded sheets are not automatically uploaded. You can clear browser storage to remove the preference.
Optional browser notifications
If you choose updates, the site asks for browser notification permission and sends a device push subscription (endpoint, keys and chosen interest) to AquaGrow’s API. You can revoke notification permission in your browser. Hosting and API services may process technical request logs to operate and secure the service. Contact us about stored subscriptions or enquiry records.
Other services and links
The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are handled by the AquaGrow backend and its database infrastructure. WhatsApp, linked sources and other external sites have their own privacy practices. Their availability is outside our control.
Your choices and contact
You can read the guides and use the calculators without submitting the enquiry form. For access, correction, deletion, retention or other privacy questions, contact hello@aquagrowsolutions.com. A fixed retention period and response deadline are not promised here; request the applicable details from the business.
