Package details and terms
You provide: Your logo, photos/video clips, accurate business details, approval and agreed account access. Reels use supplied footage with basic editing, up to 30 seconds each.
How content is counted: These are original creative totals. Publishing the same piece on Facebook and Instagram does not create two original pieces. Translated versions count within your agreed creative limit.
Website and domain terms: Growth includes up to 3 pages; Premium up to 5. One standard available .com or .in domain is included for year one, registered for your business. Premium-priced domains are outside the offer. Domain renewal from year two is separately quoted at the provider’s then-current rate. Hosting and SSL are included while your package is active.
Before starting: Agree applicable taxes, delivery timeline, website revisions, access, renewal and cancellation/handover terms in writing. Extra pages, online stores, mobile apps, SEO, on-site filming and ongoing inbox handling are separately agreed. No follower or sales guarantee.
Proposed limits, support and exit arrangements must be confirmed in your written order. No automatic enrolment or payment.

Can I manage social media myself?
Yes. If you have time to plan, design, edit, publish and review your content consistently, you can do it yourself. Our service is useful when you want that work handled for you while you focus on your hatchery or farm.
What is the difference between doing it myself and hiring AquaGrow?
You keep your business expertise and approve every post. We provide an organised calendar, branded design, captions, basic video editing, publishing and reporting. You are paying for this recurring work, not a promise of customers or a secret platform trick.
Which packages include a website and domain?
Growth includes a business website up to 3 pages; Premium up to 5. Both include one standard available .com or .in domain for the first year, plus hosting and SSL while the package is active. Starter is social media only.
What happens to the domain and website when I renew or cancel?
Domain renewal from year two is quoted separately. The domain is registered for your business. Agree renewal, access, website handover and hosting after cancellation before signing up; do not assume lifetime hosting or free annual domain renewals.
Do you shoot videos at my hatchery or farm?
These packages use the photos and clips you provide. We design posters and edit short reels from them. Visits, professional photography and on-site filming need a separate agreement.
Are the content counts for each social account?
No. Counts are total original creatives for your business. The same poster or reel can be published on Facebook and Instagram without being counted twice. Your calendar confirms the content mix and publishing dates.
Can I choose Telugu, Hindi or Odia content?
Yes. Agree Telugu, English, Hindi or Odia in your monthly brief. One language version is one creative; additional translated versions count within the package limit. You approve names, prices, availability and technical claims before publishing.
Will you guarantee seed buyers, followers or sales?
No. We commit to the agreed content and management work. Enquiries and sales depend on your offering, reputation, availability, audience and other factors. Product quality and farming decisions remain your responsibility.
Do I need AquaGrow software or need to share my password?
The social packages are separate from farm/hatchery software. Agree authorised account-role access where available; do not send passwords or OTPs through the website enquiry form. Software, mobile apps and online stores are not included in these packages.
